Toimitus- ja palautusehdot

1. Peruuttamisoikeus

Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukaisesti asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa tilaus 14 päivän kuluessa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.

Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi:

* Asiakkaan tulee ilmoittaa päätöksestään selkeästi määräajassa.

* Tuote tulee palauttaa ilman aiheetonta viivytystä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa ilmoituksesta.

 2. Tuotteen kunto

* Tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja olennaisesti samassa kunnossa kuin vastaanotettaessa.

* Tuotetta saa tarkastaa kuten myymälässä.

* Arvon aleneminen voidaan vähentää palautuksesta, jos tuotetta on käytetty liikaa.

3. Poikkeukset palautusoikeuteen

Palautusoikeus ei koske:

* Sinetöityjä hygieniatuotteita, jos sinetti on avattu.

* Mittatilaustuotteita tai personoituja tuotteita.

4. Palautuskustannukset

* Asiakas vastaa palautuskuluista, ellei toisin ilmoiteta.

* Virheellisissä tai viallisissa tuotteissa Iraspalvelut vastaa kustannuksista.

5. Hyvitykset

* Hyvitys suoritetaan 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksesta.

* Voimme pidättää maksun, kunnes tuote on palautettu tai lähetyksestä on esitetty todiste.

* Hyvitys tehdään samalla maksutavalla.

 6. Virheelliset tuotteet

Kuluttajansuojalain mukaisesti:

* Asiakkaalla on oikeus reklamoida virheestä kohtuullisessa ajassa.

* Tarjoamme korjauksen, vaihdon tai hyvityksen tilanteen mukaan.

1. Right of withdrawal

According to Finnish consumer protection law (Kuluttajansuojalaki), the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right:

* The customer must clearly notify us within the deadline.

* The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification.

2. Condition of goods

* The product must be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.

* The product may be inspected as in a physical store.

* Any diminished value due to excessive handling may be deducted.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

* Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if opened.

* Custom-made or personalized products.

 4. Return costs

* The customer bears the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

* If the product is defective or incorrect, Iraspalvelut will cover the costs.

 5. Refunds

* Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

* We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return.

* Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

 6. Defective products

Under applicable law:

* Customers have the right to report defects within a reasonable time.

* We will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Política de Devoluciones – Productos

🇪🇸 ESPAÑOL

1. Derecho de desistimiento

De conformidad con la legislación finlandesa de protección al consumidor (Kuluttajansuojalaki), el cliente tiene derecho a cancelar su compra dentro de un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del producto.

Para ejercer este derecho:

* Debe notificarnos claramente su decisión dentro del plazo.

* El producto debe devolverse sin demora indebida y a más tardar dentro de los 14 días desde la notificación.

2. Condiciones del producto

* El producto debe estar sin usar y en condiciones sustancialmente iguales a las de su recepción.

* Se permite inspeccionar el producto como en una tienda física.

* Si el producto ha sido usado más allá de lo necesario, podrá aplicarse una reducción del reembolso.

3. Excepciones al derecho de devolución

No se aceptan devoluciones en los siguientes casos:

* Productos sellados que no sean aptos para devolución por razones de higiene y hayan sido abiertos.

* Productos personalizados o hechos a medida.

4. Costes de devolución

* El cliente asume los costes de devolución, salvo que se indique lo contrario.

* Si el producto es defectuoso o incorrecto, Iraspalvelut cubrirá los costes.

5. Reembolsos

* El reembolso se realizará dentro de los 14 días desde la recepción de la notificación de desistimiento.

* Podemos retener el reembolso hasta recibir el producto o prueba de su devolución.

* El reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo método de pago.

6. Productos defectuosos

Según la legislación vigente:

* El cliente tiene derecho a reclamar productos defectuosos dentro de un plazo razonable.

* Iraspalvelut ofrecerá reparación, reemplazo o reembolso según corresponda.
